follow the Steps provided below to install your e-mail POP3 user access settings for . .

Microsoft Outlook Express 4
Move your mouse pointer over the image and where it turns into a hand (generally an area with red marking) click the left mouse button to go to the next screen down
To open Outlook, double click on the icon on your desktop, left click on the icon or go to Start then Programs then Outlook Express |

![]() Click Accounts for e-mail settings or Click Options for general options |
Click Add to Add a new account Click Properties to view and/or make changes to an account |
![]() Click on Mail to add an account |
![]() Type your Name and click Next |
![]() Type your email address and click Next |
![]() Set mail servers as provided by your ISP or Mail Server Administrator Incoming mail [ POP3 ] server to mail.YourDomain.com.au Outgoing mail [ SMTP ] server to mail.(generally your Dial-up ISP's settings) Click Next to continue |
![]() Type your username and password for this account If you tick Remember password you will not have to type it again Please note that saving the password means that everbody who has access to your computer might be able to check your email Click Next to continue |
![]() Name the account anything you like that will associate with this account this is for your eyes only and will not be disclosed to the recipient Click Next to continue |
![]() Choose connecting using a phone line unless you are on a LAN Click Next to continue |
![]() Choose the dial-up account for your ISP connection Click Next to continue |
![]() You have now setup a new mail account in Outlook Express 4 Click Finish to return to the AVIP Support index below here you will find the instructions for Viewing and/or Changing settings: [ ie if you clicked on "Properties" in step # 03 above ] |
